STRATEGICALLY LOCATED
Our North Iowa auction location in Clear Lake is one minute off Interstate 35 and approximately 7 miles west of Mason City in Cerro Gordo County. We are roughly halfway between Minneapolis and Des Moines, making our auction yard and warehouse a convenient place to pick up or drop off auction items.
In Iowa, we conduct auctions for sellers in other areas of the state, too, including central Iowa (Des Moines, Marshalltown, Ames, Ankeny), northeast Iowa and other towns and counties.
In Minnesota, we do online auctions for customers anywhere in Southern Minnesota, including Albert Lea, Austin, Owatonna, Rochester and all of southeastern Minnesota.
STARTED IN 2019
I-35 Auctions has been a K-BID independent affiliate since opening in 2019 in the online auction business. We continue to be a locally owned and independently operated company.
OUR ROOTS
Auction company owner, Jon Tofte, is a native of rural western Minnesota. He has lived and worked in Iowa and Minnesota his entire life.
